Ir. Hjh Khalidah Hj Haron

Hjh Khalidah graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Brighton, UK (1981) and holds a Master Science in Human Resource (1996) from University Putra Malaysia. A Certified Training Practitioner-Certificate in Training and Development from Institute of Training Development U.K, certificate in training skill from INTAN and certificate in Criterion Reference Instruction and Instructional Skills from TNB; a registered professional Engineer with BEM, an associate member of IEM. A Certified NLP Practitioner in Meta-NLP by International Society of Neuro-Semantics; Certified Meta Coach by International Society of Neuro-Semantics.

Drawing on thirty two years of working experience in the corporate world, she has a wide rage of experience ranging from Engineering Planning, Construction, Operation, Maintenance, and Services & Retail ; Transformation, Change & Strategic consulting initiatives; Human Resource skills; Training & Development; Business-Turn around a cost centre (a training centre) to a profitable strategic business unit. Her experience extends beyond the boarder of Malaysia.

Impactful achievement

  • Geographical expansion by Business expansion -setting new training canters
  • Secures external (non TNB) and international clients participation:-among others; Korea, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Pakistan, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia,, Vietnam, Mongolia, Thailand, Brunei.
  • Sphere head ILSAS, a TNB training centre in winning and receiving many accolades, including the prestigious Human Resource Minister Award 2007 as best training provider 2007(HR Minister award), Energy Commission Award 2010;recognized by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) as Industrial Lead Body (ILB) in Energy; gain accreditation-ISO9001:2008 which includes accreditation by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and International Certification Network (IQnet).
